I applied to 12 colleges overall and most of them some of them are reach schools some of them were target schools or some of the more safeties and I'm gonna share all of them during the video especially my safeties but I will leave everything down in the description box. please make sure to check that out yeah I hope you guys enjoy this video if you guys like this video at the end please make sure to hit that like button and let's roll on with the video alright everybody I login to the portal especially know a lot of people on YouTube do this when they get their college acceptances and stuff like that my heart's racing thankfully from last night. I didn't get in but a time to brew Stamper vote okay. I am checking Stony Brook I just got you know maybe we're over - alright let's go to solar. I applied to the honors college. I can either get into the Honors College or I can get like rejected from the Honors College and then get regular admissions application status. we're gonna check it. it says congratulations you've been admitted to Stony Brook University you will receive your letter of admission within the next two weeks providing you with details regarding your acceptance in the meantime please visit our minutes student website for a list of steps you need to take to enroll at Stony Brook just got the email for the north-eastern admissions decision it is Wednesday March 12th we have my camera but today I actually sold my 14 millimeter which the lens I typically film on on my 70d. that's why it looks different but let's get on with decision. I read your wallet thank you for your application tell you Northeastern University the admissions committee has reviewed your application and your admissions decision is now available through our application status check really don't it's like I really know what the eastern is a target school. I mean I'd like to get in just you know but it's okay if I don't I not really one of the schools I'd like to go to dari northeastern login okay. alright. I got wait-listed from Northeastern not bad better than a rejection. yeah. this is the first of many its MIT game came out around like ten minutes ago but I'm gonna check right now because my friend Sonam just got heard the reason of course that she didn't get in but you know I feel like I'm gonna get the same letter. why why not check right now you know let me join the game yeah. I don't forgot when I applied to MIT for MIT is solely related all right I just plugged in my MIT username and password. I'm just gonna give you a quick look at that it's right there obviously can't see it but this is D and richness portal. time to see times I'm wing I've been waiting for my rejection a while now. I don't think I know there was any anywhere close to where I should have been - yeah I mean honestly I feel that okay. it is March 18th I got my Williams decision that says you call Williams college admissions decision is out. I just I was just coming back to my college class and I found this in the mail and if you guys could read it suspicious it's like a box. we're gonna we're gonna say here are my parents. we're about to actually go to the dance practice that I have for a quinceanera. I'm gonna open this up real quick. earlier today I got my bu admissions and I got in. we actually got University of Southern California right now I'm gonna see what's in this box it could be an admission or a rejection. let's see oh man it looks I see let's see what we got here ok. we open it alright [Applause] alright welcome to the children family Wow dear Walter congratulations I'm pleased to offer you admissions to the University of Southern California as part of their turn classes 14-mile ends. that's why you're seeing this on a different sort of setup but I just got my lens and I just got the notification for Olin College damn it's a really good school. around 11 percent acceptance rate and I got to be one of the candidates for the second round and I did go to their event and now this is the final decision. a couple things could happen one I could get rejected that's just simply no projection I could get wait-listed as well the third is I could get accepted for this year's class of 2023 or I could get deferred into next year's admissions. essentially what that means is I could get put into the class of 2024 if that makes sense we'll see I'm gonna I'm gonna go check right now I'm. nervous I really don't think I got in because they're really smart people for candidates week and I just I didn't feel that I had enough enough experience with engineering stuff like that okay Isis dear Walter an application update has been posted to your on Olin applicant status page all right. I'm gonna access the status page. oh geez I mean I got two really other good I got into other really good colleges but if I can get into here as well. it says I saw Lyman and it says you update your application we're posted I'm gonna feel this way tomorrow because tomorrow Princeton comes out oh okay I got it I have to Olin um let's do Walter on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the entire Olin College community I'm delighted to inform you that you've been admitted to Franklin W Olin College of Engineering is a member of this year's class. I didn't get postponed I'm in the class of 2023 to ensure your class do not prohibit the possibility becoming an older student we are significant reducing the financial burden I am pleased to award you an all in tuition scholarship that covers half of the Owens tuition for eight semesters whoa I'll have to pay $3,500 holy shit whoo oh I can't accept it I need to longer than a few minutes later. I'm back it's March 27th today I just got an email that Lehigh University has their decisions I'm gonna go check that I applied to Lehigh because my AP macro teacher went there and he seems to know a lot I'm gonna see what my decision I'm watching Breaking Bad. just a welcome to Lehigh portal all right. oh okay cool cool nice. it says dear Walter congratulations upon the recommendation of the committee a committee of an admission I am delighted to offer you a place on the class of 2023 at Lehigh University from the PC Rosen College of Engineering and Applied Science that's cool. this is a Princeton University it's an Ivy League. today's Ivy day guy that is March 28 and we're gonna just check to see how or you know really how I'm literally I'm literally shitting bricks right now holy shit alright oh man fuck I hate this fucking hates part Oh updates to your application were posted on March 28th 2019 yeah okay yeah I think good I'm kind of glad though because it would have been such a hard decision to really make at the end but a proximately 10 hours later I saw moving up my Umesh application right here at lunch I didn't know I came out. I'm using Jason's phone because mine's bugging out for some reason let's see let's see Oh No yeah yeah I put engineering siding I don't think I got it yes thank you to accept or decline oh oh I got wait-listed. yeah I got wait-listed - you missed [Applause] and.
